Position 1: Sales Representative  

Qualifications:  
- Degree or diploma in business, IT, marketing, or a related field.

- At least one year of sales experience; fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered.

- Comfortable with digital communication and basic CRM tools; quick to learn product information.

- Working knowledge of Amharic and English.

- Any experience in software, product, or B2B sales; customer-facing experience is preferred.

Position 2: Business Development Officer  

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.

- At least two years in business development, lead generation, or bid and tender management.

- Familiarity with tender processes, CRM and web lead tools, research skills, and basic web content management.

- Professional working knowledge of English and Amharic, both written and spoken.

- Knowledge of the Ethiopian tender environment; experience with digital marketing and lead-generation tools; CRM administration.

Position 3: Sales Supervisor  

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, information systems, or a related field.

The candidate must have a minimum of three years of B2B product or software sales experience, with a proven track record of conversion, ideally in ERP, POS, or enterprise business systems; experience in leading, coaching, or supervising sales teams is also required.

- Working knowledge of ERP and POS systems (finance, procurement, payroll, inventory, point-of-sale) to scope client needs and conduct effective demonstrations.

- Comfortable with CRM and pipeline tools; capability to prepare proposals and pricing; understanding of solution scoping and requirement gathering.

- Professional working knowledge of English and Amharic, both written and spoken.

Position 5: Video Editor & Videographer  

Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in film production, media studies, multimedia, communication, graphic design, marketing, or related fields.

Experience:  
- Minimum two to four years of professional experience in videography and video editing.

- Experience working in a marketing agency, advertising agency, media firm, or production company is preferred.

- Strong portfolio showcasing commercial, corporate, and social media content.

Position 6: Creative Copywriter  

Education: Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, literature, communications, advertising, marketing, or a related field.

Experience:  
- 2-4 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or creative writing, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.

- Strong portfolio displaying creativity and range across digital, social, brand, and campaign formats.

Position 7: Product Manager  

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (master's preferred).

- Proven experience (3-7 years) as a product manager, preferably in software development or a technology company.

- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

- Proficient in issue tracking tools like Jira or Azure, the Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant software.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

- Knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

Position 8: Senior Software Engineer  

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

Position 9: Consultancy Sales Representative  

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Experience:  
• 3 to 6 years of experience in selling professional or advisory services, with a proven track record of success.

• Familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM) and Quality Management Systems (QMS), organizational development, or business advisory services; understanding of consulting engagement models.

• Professional working proficiency in both written and spoken English and Amharic.

• An existing network of senior clients; experience working with public-sector, enterprise, or financial-sector clients.

Position 10: Senior Product Owner  

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, product manager, or in a similar role.

Skills and Competencies:  
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.

• Expertise in managing product backlogs, writing epics, and defining user stories.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to align product goals with business objectives.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or other similar platforms.

• Technical knowledge enables effective collaboration with development teams, including an understanding of APIs, data models, and system architecture.
