VisionFund MicroFinance Job Vacancy 2026

VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C) was established in accordance with proclamation No. 40/96 to offer financial services to the economically active poor in both rural and urban regions of Ethiopia. Currently, VisionFund operates in four of the country’s Regional States.

VisionFund MFI is seeking candidates for the following positions. Successful applicants will possess the skills and experience that align with the following requirements:

Position: Senior Information Technology Risk Management Officer

Education/Training:

• Minimum BA Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or the relevant field. The availability of the IT risk management certification provides added value.

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, of which at least two years in a senior IT risk management officer position in Banks or MFIs or any other financial service providing companies.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of risk management methodologies
• Knowledge of research methodology
• Analytical and evaluation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Technological & digital literacy

Terms of Employment: Permanent

Salary: As per the Institution salary scale
