1. Maintenance Team Lead (NEC/NCC)

• Annual Salary: USD $15,808 / Per Year
• Educational Requirements: Completion of secondary school is strictly required, plus two (2) years of successful completion of a specialized vocational training program from an accredited institute recognized as producing journey level in either HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical systems, maintenance, and construction services. (Must address this in your ERA application under ‘Education’).
• Experience Required: At least five (5) years of progressive experience in the practical application of advanced (technician-level) electrical, mechanical, or plumbing engineering systems. Must also have at least one (1) additional year of experience as a technical team leader or supervisor in construction, facility maintenance, or building operations. (Must address this in your ERA application under ‘Major Duties and Responsibilities’).
• Language Skills: Good Working Knowledge in Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required. Good Working Knowledge in Speaking/Reading/Writing Amharic is required. (Language skills may be tested).

2. Dispatcher

• Annual Salary: USD $11,107 / Per Year
• Educational Requirements: Completion of secondary school is strictly required. (Must address this in your ERA application under ‘Education’).
• Experience Required: Minimum of three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in a motor pool or transportation fleet management. In addition, a minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience is explicitly required. (Must address this in your ERA application under ‘Major Duties and Responsibilities’).
• Language Skills: Good working Knowledge in Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required. Good working knowledge in Speaking/Reading/Writing Amharic is required. (Language skills may be tested).
