Position 1: Maintenance Team Lead (NEC/NCC)
Education Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required, plus two (2) years of successful completion of specialized vocational training program from an accredited institute recognized as producing journey level in either HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical systems, maintenance and construction services.

Experience:
At least five (5) years of progressive experience in the practical application of advanced (technician-level) electrical, mechanical, or plumbing engineering system to ensure that central systems or equipment function properly and to perform hands-on repair on them as needed. At least one additional (1) year of experience as a technical team leader or supervisor in the construction, facility maintenance, or buildings operations.

Language:
Good Working Knowledge in Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required. Good Working Knowledge in Speaking/Reading/Writing Amharic is required. (These may be tested)
Salary: USD $15,808 /Per Year
