Position: Packaging Operator – Junior

Required Education/Experience and Key Skills

• BSc Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Diploma/Level 4 from a vocational-technical school, or other related fields of study.
• Fresh Graduate
• Qualification in Brewing, Packaging, Engineering, or Utilities (as appropriate) is an advantage.
• Demonstrate understanding of teamwork principles, continuous improvement, preventative maintenance, and problem-solving.

Required Differentiating Competencies

• Knowledge of written and spoken English is an advantage.
• Demonstrate a detailed understanding of SHE policies, statutory requirements, and responsibilities.
• Demonstrate an understanding of teamwork principles, continuous improvement, preventative maintenance, and problem-solving.
• Respond to change positively and flexibly and sustain a positive outlook across a range of situations/challenges.
