Position 1: Junior HR Officer
Required Education/Experience and Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, and familiarity with HR systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Digital Marketing Manager
Required Education/Experience and Key Skills:
- Experience: 5+ years in Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Digital Communications; agency experience preferred.
- Core Expertise: Managing digital campaigns, social media platforms, content marketing, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, analytics, and campaign execution.
- Creative Skills: Strong graphic design and content creation portfolio; proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Photography, videography, and motion graphics are a plus.
- Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social listening tools.
- Key Competencies: Strategic thinking, creativity, commercial awareness, communication, stakeholder management, project management, attention to detail, data-driven decision-making, results orientation, and ability to work under press.
