Position: Sales Traniee

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Graduated within the last 0-1 years.
  • Minimum CGPA of 2.75 and above.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn and build a career in sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsible

  • Participate in structured training programs to develop sales and commercial competencies.
  • Assist the sales team in executing sales plans and achieving business objectives.
  • Conduct regular market visits to gain insights into customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collect, analyze, and report sales and market data.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and compliance with merchandising standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and support the resolution of customer concerns.
