Position 1: Graduate Paid Intern

ELIGIBLE FIELDS OF STUDY

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines:

Management
Accounting and Finance
Marketing Management
Business Management
Mechanical Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Electromechanical Engineering

Applicants must:

Have graduated in June 2026 only
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the listed fields
Have a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above (preferred)
Be willing to learn and work in a professional environment
Have good communication and interpersonal skills
Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and positive attitude

Internship Duration: 3 Months (extendable based on performance and business needs)

Monthly Stipend: Paid Internship

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Junior Accountant

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of proven accounting experience (mandatory). Applicants with less than 1 year or more than 2 years of experience will not be considered.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Familiarity with Ethiopian tax laws and financial regulations is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
Experience with accounting software is an added advantage.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Underwriting Officer

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field / Bachelor Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3 years experience in Insurance or Insurance brokerage as Underwriting Officer only.
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Good understanding of insurance principles and risk assessment
Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation systems / Insurance ERP systems.
