Position 1: Graduate Paid Intern
ELIGIBLE FIELDS OF STUDY
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Management
- Accounting and Finance
- Marketing Management
- Business Management
- Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Electromechanical Engineering
Applicants must:
- Have graduated in June 2026 only
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the listed fields
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above (preferred)
- Be willing to learn and work in a professional environment
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and positive attitude
Internship Duration: 3 Months (extendable based on performance and business needs)
Monthly Stipend: Paid Internship
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Junior Accountant
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven accounting experience (mandatory). Applicants with less than 1 year or more than 2 years of experience will not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Familiarity with Ethiopian tax laws and financial regulations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Experience with accounting software is an added advantage.

Position 3: Underwriting Officer
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field / Bachelor Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 years experience in Insurance or Insurance brokerage as Underwriting Officer only.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good understanding of insurance principles and risk assessment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation systems / Insurance ERP systems.
