Role description
Tsehay Bank S.C. would like to recruit qualified candidates for the following positions. Tsehay Bank is a share company established on July 23, 2022 with business license issued as per the banking business proclamation no. 592/2008.
It commenced operation with an authorized capital of Birr 2.8 billion and paid-up capital of 734 million Birr. It comprises a limited number of 373 shareholders. Tsehay Bank aspires to deliver sustainable values for stakeholders with best customer experience and through state-of-the-art technology.

Position: Trainee Banker
Qualification: BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.
Experience: Not Required.
Year of Graduation: 2025 and 2026
CGPA: 2.75 and above
Additional Requirement: Applicants must have passed the national exit exam.
