Banking  

Position 1: Branch Manager I  

Qualification: A BA degree from a recognized university in accounting finance, banking finance, management, marketing management, or a related field.

Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years at a supervisory level.

Position 2: Manager, Interest-Free Banking Branch Support Division  

Qualification: A BA/BSc degree, preferably with an MA/MBA/MSc, from a recognized university in banking and finance, accounting, economics, management, accounting and finance, business administration, or a related field.

Experience: At least 6 years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years at a supervisory or managerial level, out of which at least 2 years in IFB management.

Position 3: Principal Human Resource Management Officer  

Qualification: A master’s degree from a recognized university in human resources management, business administration, organizational development, or a closely related field.

Experience: At least 8 years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years as a senior HRM officer.

Required Competencies: Strategic HR exposure, workforce planning, organizational design, drafting of policies and procedures, talent succession planning, performance management, strong employee relations, analytical skills, and knowledge in HR analytics and systems.
