Tsehay Bank S.C. would like to recruit qualified candidates for the following positions. The bank aspires to deliver sustainable values for stakeholders with stylish customer experiences and through state-of-the-art technology. 
Tsehay Bank is a share company established on July 23, 2022, with a business license issued as per the banking business proclamation no. 592/2008. It commenced operation with a sanctioned capital of 2.8 billion Birr and paid-up capital of 734 million Birr. It comprises a limited number of 373 shareholders.

Position 1: Senior Customer Service Officer I 

Qualification: BA degree holder from a recognized advanced learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, marketing management, or related field of discipline 
Experience: Must have 4 years of experience with at least 2 years of service as a customer service officer. 
Salary As per the Bank’s Scale

Position 2: Branch Manager I 

Qualification: BA degree holder from a recognized advanced learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, marketing management, or related field of discipline 
Experience: Must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in an administrative role. 
Salary As per the Bank’s Scale
