Tsedey Bank invites qualified and competent applicants for the following positions:
Tsedey Bank is one of the microfinances that grew into a bank in recent years. It was formerly the Amhara Credit and Savings Institution. Amhara Credit and Savings Institution was established as Ethiopia’s first financial institution under the Microfinance Act of 1989, and it has now obtained a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia.
Position 1. Procurement & Outsourcing Officer I (Re-Advertised)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing and supplies Management, Logistics and Supply Management, Business Management or related fields.
- Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience.
The Compensation will be as per Bank’s salary scale and benefit packages.
Place of work: Head Office
Position 2. Contract Management Officer II (Re- Advertised)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in procurement, supplies management, management, business administration or related field
- Experience: 4 Years of relevant work experience. Out of which 1 year as officer I and equivalent relevant position
The Compensation will be as per Bank’s salary scale and benefit packages.
Place of work: Head Office
Position 3. General Service Officer II
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in management, Facility Management, Logistics and supply chain Management materials management, or related field
- Experience: 4 Years of relevant work experience. Out of which 1 year as officer I and equivalent relevant position
The Compensation will be as per Bank’s salary scale and benefit packages.

Position 4. Logistic & Administration officer II
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in management, Facility Management, Logistics and supply chain Management, materials management, or related field
- Experience: 4 Years of relevant work experience. Out of which 1 year as officer I and equivalent relevant position
The Compensation will be as per Bank’s salary scale and benefit packages.

Position 5. HC Administration Officer II
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Management, strategic management, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 4 Years of relevant work experience. Out of which 1 year as officer I and equivalent relevant position.
- Payroll Preparation experience is advantageous
- Qty: 2

Position 6. Senior HC Administration Officer (Re- Advertised)
- Education: Bachelor degree in human resources, Management, strategic management, business administration, or a related field
- Experience: 5 years of relevant experience, out of which 1 year in officer II & equivalent related position.
- Payroll Preparation experience is advantageous

Position 7. Senior Compliance & Follow-up Officer
- Education: BA or BSc Degree in Management, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, Marketing Management, Banking & Finance, LLB Degree Law or related fields
- Experience: 5 years of relevant experience, out of which 1 year in officer II & equivalent related position
