Key Responsibilities
Participate in structured training and professional development programs. Complete departmental rotations to gain exposure to different business functions. Support assigned operational activities and business projects. Analyze data and prepare reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Demonstrate leadership potential, initiative, and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in: Business Administration Management Marketing Accounting Finance Information Technology Computer Science Or another related field Graduated in 2026 . CGPA of 3.00 or above is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Good written and spoken English communication skills (Amharic is an advantage). Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Good computer proficiency. Technical communication skills.
