Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Transport Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy, expand business opportunities, manage key client accounts, and strengthen our market position in the transport and automotive logistics sector. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and build long-term client partnerships. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Promotion Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to transport and logistics services. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Plan and manage promotional campaigns, branding initiatives, and advertising programs. Oversee digital marketing, website content, SEO, and social media engagement. Organize marketing events, exhibitions, and public relations activities. Monitor marketing performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. Client & Key Account Management Manage and maintain relationships with key corporate and high-value clients. Develop customized transport and logistics solutions to meet customer needs. Prepare proposals, presentations, and service offers for major clients. Lead contract negotiations in coordination with legal and operations teams. Monitor account performance and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining strong professional relationships. Business Development & Sales Growth Identify new market segments, customers, and business expansion opportunities. Support tender preparation, proposal development, and pricing strategy formulation. Build partnerships with private companies, government institutions, and NGOs. Track industry developments to ensure competitive positioning. Team Leadership & Internal Coordination Lead, mentor, and supervise marketing and sales team members. Work closely with operations, finance, and customer service teams to align marketing activities with company goals. Ensure smooth communication between marketing, operations, and management. About You Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or transport/logistics sector. Proven leadership experience in marketing or sales management. Strong knowledge of Ethiopia’s transport, automotive, and logistics industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools; digital marketing skills are an advantage. Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
