Titan Industrial Trading PLC is looking for qualified individuals to fill the position of managing director.

Position 1: Managing Director  

Key Responsibilities:  
- Develop a strategic work plan  
- Implement the organization's objectives and vision  
- Direct all company activities in accordance with relevant laws and regulations  
- Coordinate with directorates and senior management  
- Ensure the successful execution of both long-term and short-term business plans for profitability  
- Lead meetings and assess the performance of different departments  
- Manage the company’s daily financial and budgeting processes, and approve necessary expenditures  
- Ensure the effective use of human resources and company assets.
- Identify overall business risks and establish preventive measures  
- Assign clear tasks to departments and review periodic reports.
- Engage in client and public relations  
- Report to higher management

Qualifications:  
Education:  
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field  

Work Experience:  
- 18 to 20 years of experience in the same field  

Position 2: Deputy Head of HR and Administration  

Qualifications:  
Education:  
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration or General Management  

Work Experience:  
- Minimum of 8 years in the same position  

Position 3: General Accountant  

Qualifications:  
Education:  
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting (Candidates with experience in import and export will be given priority)  

Work Experience:  
- At least 8 years in the same field  

Position 4: Senior Accountant  

Qualifications:  
Education:  
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and accounting

Work Experience:  
- Minimum of 6 years in the same field  

Position 5: Project Site Supervisor  

Qualifications:  
Education:  
- Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil Engineering (Architectural and Structural)  

Work Experience:  
- 6 to 8 years in the same field
