Position: Sales Representatives
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales for 1 to 2 years
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Interest or experience in sales, client relations, and market research.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proven talent, practical experience, or a portfolio of work is valued more than formal degrees.
- Willingness to engage in fieldwork and represent the company professionally.
- Basic computer skills (email, CRM tools, spreadsheet entry) are an advantage).
Key Responsibilities
- Ecosystem Pipeline Management: Actively identify, track, and follow up on diverse B2B and B2C leads, managing an organized sales pipeline to convert prospects across our design, construction, mining, fabrication, and tech divisions.
- Identify, approach, and engage prospective clients across targeted markets and across our sectors.
- Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and basic sales documents.
- Conduct market research on pricing, competition, and emerging trends.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and client interactions.
- Represent Tibeb during field visits, industry events, and client meetings.
- Share weekly market insights and recommendations with the Business Development Lead.
- Assist in coordinating follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and supporting deal closure efforts.
