Temer Properties Job Vacancy 2026, invites interested and qualified applicants for the following job positions in real estate sector. Temer Properties, also known as Temer Real Estate, was founded in 2010 EC by two visionary individuals with a mission to transform the real estate landscape in Ethiopia.
With a focus on delivering state-of-the-art real estate in Ethiopia, especially in Addis Ababa, we have successfully completed over 10 major projects, providing more than 350 quality apartment units and modern homes to our valued customers.
Position 1: Office Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management Technology ,Civil Engineering.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the construction industry predominantly in the building construction
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Project Site Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in in Civil Engineering, COTM and Related Engineering Filed.
Experience:
- 4 to 6 years’ experience in the construction industry predominantly in the building construction Strong knowledge of excavation support systems and temporary works.
Competencies:
- Site supervision and coordination
- Excavation and shoring techniques
- Temporary works management
- Survey interpretation and setting-out
- Quality assurance and quality control
- Risk assessment and hazard identification
- Communication and teamwork
- Problem-solving and decision-making
- Time management and planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 and Civil 3D is an advantage
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Project Health, Safety and Environment(HSE) Coordinator
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational health and safety, Environmental health and Related Engineering Filed.
- NEBOSH Certified in IGC1 and IGC2
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience on coordinating HSE in large construction Project or Manufacturing Sector.
Competencies:
- Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations and standards
- Familiarity with Ethiopian labour laws, Safety directives and environmental regulations
- Risk assessment and hazard identification
- First aid and emergency preparedness
- Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork and collaboration
