Position 1: Project Health, Safety and Environment(HSE) Officer

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational health and safety, Environmental health and Related Engineering Filed.
• NEBOSH Certified in IGC1 and IGC2
• Experience:
• 2 to 3 years’ experience on coordinating HSE in large construction Project or Manufacturing Sector.

Competencies:

• Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations and standards
• Familiarity with Ethiopian labour laws, Safety directives and environmental regulations
• Risk assessment and hazard identification
• First aid and emergency preparedness
• Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork and collaboration

Position 2: Finance System Management Specialist

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CISA, or equivalent, as well as ERP certification, are an advantage.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Finance Systems, ERP, or Business Systems
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent ERP platforms
• Experience in ERP implementation, integration, testing, or automation
• Experience in a complex organization is preferred
• Real estate or construction experience is an advantage

Position 3: Project Finance & Cost Control Specialist

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Project Management, or related fields is preferred
• CMA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Project management, quantity surveying, or cost engineering qualification is an added advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project finance, cost control, management accounting, construction finance, or related fields
• Strong experience managing finance for construction, real estate, infrastructure, or other capital-intensive projects is highly desirable
