Position 1: Biomedical Engineer  

Educational Requirement:  
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from a recognized institution.

- A valid professional license is necessary.

Work Experience:  
- Prior experience in a general hospital or clinical environment is desired.

- Experience with medical equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance is an added benefit.

Required Skills:  
- Understanding of biomedical and medical equipment maintenance.

Position 2: Laboratory Technologist  

Educational Requirement:  
- A degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institution.

- A valid professional license is required.

Work Experience:  
- This is an entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates.

Required Skills:  
- Proficiency in laboratory procedures, techniques, and clinical testing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Position 3: Laundry Machine Operator  

Educational Requirement:  
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

- Knowledge of laundry operations, chemicals, sanitation, and safety protocols is beneficial.

Work Experience:  
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.

- Prior experience in a hospital or commercial laundry setting is a plus.

Required Skills:  
- Understanding of housekeeping and sanitation procedures.

Position 4: Autoclave Machine Operator  

Educational Requirement:  
- A diploma or certificate in Sterile Processing, Medical Technology, or a similar field.

- Certification in Central Sterile Processing (CRCST) or equivalent is mandatory.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is highly desirable.

Work Experience:  
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a hospital sterilization department.

- Prior experience operating an autoclave is preferred.

Required Skills:  
- Knowledge of sterilization methods, infection control standards, and autoclave functions.

- Ability to operate sterilization equipment and understand sterilization indicators.

- Strong attention to detail, communication, and critical thinking.

- Ability to keep accurate sterilization records and follow safety procedures.

Position 5: Physiotherapist  

Educational Requirement:  
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy from a recognized institution.

- A valid professional license or registration from the relevant Ethiopian authority is required.

Work Experience:  
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

- Clinical experience is preferred.

Required Skills:  
- Strong clinical knowledge and physiotherapy skills.

- Understanding of rehabilitation sciences, occupational therapy, and community-based rehabilitation.

- Ability to assess patients and create appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plans.

- Excellent patient care, communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.

Position 6: Vice Nursing Department Head  

Educational Requirement:  
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc) or higher from a recognized institution.

- A valid professional license is required.

Work Experience:  
- At least five years of clinical nursing experience.

- Minimum of two years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Required Skills:  
- Strong nursing, patient care, and monitoring abilities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Good leadership skills and emotional intelligence.

- Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental health.
