Tamra for Social Development Organization (TSD) invites qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Tamra for Social Development Organization (TSD) is a youth-oriented organization working on holistic youth development. It is an indigenous civil society organization working for more than 25 years in different community development programs in the Oromia, Addis Ababa, and Sidama regions.
TSD is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Director’s Secretary / Office Assistant intern to provide administrative support to the Executive Director.
Position: Cashier & Storekeeper (Maternity Cover)
Education: Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting or a related field is mandatory.
Technical Skills: Strong computer knowledge is a must (proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems).
Experience: Candidates with 0 years of experience are welcome to apply, provided they demonstrate the required educational background and technical competency.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy individual to join our Hawassa team as a Cashier & Storekeeper. This is a dual-role position primarily focused on financial cash handling, with secondary responsibilities in inventory and store management. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth financial and logistical operations of the Hawassa office during a staff member’s maternity leave.
