Position: System Implementer (Training & Support)
Eligibility:
Fresh graduates only (0 years of work experience required) Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and adapt quickly Basic technical and computer skills Reliable, professional, and responsive Ability to travel within assigned areas when required
Key Responsibilities
Train pharmacy staff on Medrafa systems and workflows Support pharmacies during onboarding and system setup Provide basic troubleshooting and user support Follow up with clients to ensure smooth system adoption Report implementation progress and customer feedback
