Executive & Department Leadership
1. Chief Executive Officer /CEO/
Educational Qualification: As per the requirement of NBE.
Work Experience: 10/12 years’ experience of which 8 years in leadership Position in Microfinance/Banking operations; as per the requirement of NBE.
Required Number: 1 | Location: Addis Ababa | Salary: Based on the scale of the Institution.
2. Director, Operations Department
Educational Qualification: MA/BA in strategic management, business administration, management, economics, accounting, finance, or related Field.
Work Experience: 8/10 years’ experience of which 8 years in leadership Position in Microfinance/Banking operations.
Required Number: 1 | Location: Addis Ababa | Salary: Based on the scale of the Institution.
3. Manager, Internal Audit
Educational Qualification: MA/BA in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Work Experience: 6/8 years’ Experience of which 5 years in Leadership Position.
Required Number: 1 | Location: Addis Ababa | Salary: Based on the scale of the Institution.
4. Manager, Accounts & Finance
Educational Qualification: MA/BA in business administration, management, economics, accounting, finance, or related Field.
Work Experience: 6/8 years’ Experience of which 5 years in Leadership Position.
