Position 1: Senior Customer Relationship Officer  

Qualifications and Experience Required  
Education: MBA, MA, or BA degree in management, business administration, economics, accounting, financial accounting, business leadership, marketing management, or related fields.

Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of general work experience, with at least 1 year in a position equivalent to Customer Relationship Officer.

Salary: Based on the bank's salary scale.

Job Grade: IX  
Workplace: Oda Branch  

Position 2: Senior Auditor II  

Qualifications and Experience Required  
Education: MBA, MA, or BA degree in management, business administration, economics, accounting, finance, business leadership, marketing management, or related fields.

Work Experience: Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a position equivalent to Senior Auditor I or a similar role in the banking industry.

Salary: Based on the bank's salary scale.

Terms of Employment: Permanent after the probationary period.

Job Grade: XII  
Workplace: Head Office  

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer Cash-II  

Qualifications and Experience Required  
Education: MBA, MA, or BA degree in management, business administration, economics, accounting, financial accounting, business leadership, marketing management, or related fields.

Work Experience: Minimum of 3 to 4 years of general work experience, with at least 1 year in a position equivalent to Senior Customer Service Officer Cash-I.  
Job Grade: X  
Salary: Based on the bank's salary scale.

Workplace: Mendida Branch, under North Finfinne District  

Position 4: Branch Manager  

Qualifications and Experience Required  
Education: MBA, MA, or BA degree in management, business administration, economics, accounting, financial accounting, business leadership, marketing management, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum of 4 to 5 years of general work experience, including at least 1 year in a position equivalent to MBOM-I, CSM-I, or a similar role in the banking industry.

Terms of Employment: Permanent after the probationary period.

Job Grade: XI  
Salary: Based on the bank's salary scale.

Workplace: Wolkite Branch, under South Finfinne District and Figa and Meri Branches, under East Finfinne District  

Position 5: Branch Manager-I  

Qualifications and Experience Required  
Education: MBA, MA, or BA degree in management, business administration, economics, accounting, financial accounting, business leadership, marketing management, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum of 5 to 6 years of general work experience, including at least 2 years in a position equivalent to BM, MBOM-II, CSM II, or a similar role in the banking industry.

Terms of Employment: Permanent after the probationary period.

Job Grade: XII  
Salary: Based on the bank's salary scale.

Workplace: Yaya Gullele Branch, under North Finfinne District  

Position 6: Branch Manager - II

Qualifications and Experience Required  
Education: MBA, MA, or BA degree in management, business administration, economics, accounting, financial accounting, business leadership, marketing management, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum of 7 to 8 years of general work experience, including at least 2 years in a position equivalent to BM-I or a similar role in the banking industry.

Terms of Employment: Permanent after the probationary period.

Job Grade: XIII  
Salary: Based on the bank's salary scale.

Workplace: Wara Jarso Branch, under North Finfinne District and Leman Branch, under South Finfinne District  

Position 7: Corporate CRM  

Qualifications and Experience Required  
Education: MBA, MA, or BA degree in management, business administration, accounting, accounting finance, economics, business leadership, marketing management, or related fields.

Work Experience: Minimum of 5 to 6 years of general work experience, with at least 1 year in a position equivalent to Senior Credit Analysis and Appraisal Officer or CRM-related roles.

Terms of Employment: Permanent after the probationary period.

Job Grade: XII  
Salary: Based on the bank's salary scale.

Workplace: Head Office
