Position 1: Senior Customer Relationship Officer

Qualifications: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields.

Work Experience: 3 years General Work Experience of which 1 year as Customer relationship Officer or equivalent position

Salary : As per the Bank’s salary scale. Job Grade: IX

Work Place: Oda Branch.

Position 2: Senior Auditor II

Qualification; MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & finance , Business Leadership Marketing Management or related fields

Work Experience; 5/6 years’ Experience of which 1 year as Senior Auditor I, or equivalent position in banking Industry.

Salary: as per the bank scale

Terms of Employment: Permanent after probationary period

Job Grade: XII

Work Place: Head Office

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer Cash-II

Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields.

Work Experience: 3/4 years’ general work experience of which 1 year as Senior Customer Service Officer Cash-I or equivalent positions.

Job Grade: X

Salary : As per the Bank’s salary scale.

Workplace: Branch under North Finfinne (Mendida Branch).

Position 4: Branch Manager

Qualifications: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields.

Experience: 4/5 years’ general work experience of which 1 year as MBOM-I, CSM I or equivalent position in banking industry.

Terms Of employment: Permanent after probation period .

Job Grade: XI

Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.

Work Place: Branches Under South Finfinne District (Wolkite Branch) and East Finfinne District (Figa and Meri Branch).

Position 5: Branch Manager-I

Qualifications: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields.

Experience: 5/6 years’ general work experience of which 2 years as BM, MBOM-II, CSM II or equivalent position.

Terms Of employment: Permanent after probation period.

Job Grade: XII

Salary : As per the Bank’s salary scale.

Work Place: North Finfinne District(Yaya Gullele Branch).

Position 6: Branch Manager -II

Qualifications: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields.

Experience: 7/8 years’ general work experience of which 2 years as BM-I, or equivalent position.

Terms Of employment: Permanent after probation period.

Job Grade: XIII Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.

Work Place: Branches under North Finfinne District (Wara Jarso Branch) and South Finfinne District ( Leman Branch).

Position 7: Corporate CRM

Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields.

Work experience: 5/6 years’ general work experience for Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree respectively, of which 1 year as Senior Credit Analysis and Appraisal Officer, or CRM related positions.

Terms Of employment: Permanent after probation period.
