Senior Project Finance OfficerOn behalf of our client, Raval Steel Manufacturing PLC, we are inviting qualified and experienced finance professionals to apply for the position of Senior Project Finance Officer.About the RoleRaval Steel Manufacturing PLC and its sister companies are undertaking major investment projects, including the Headquarters Building in Addis Ababa and the Raval Pharmaceuticals project in Debre Birhan. The position will support the financial management and financing of these and other major projects.Position Details• Position: Senior Project Finance Officer• Department: Finance• Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa• Salary: Attractive and negotiable• Deadline: August 3, 2026Key ResponsibilitiesProject Finance & Planning• Develop project budgets, financial models, cash-flow forecasts, and funding plans.• Evaluate project feasibility, investment returns, and financial risks.• Monitor project financial performance, funding requirements, and cost overruns.Banking & Financing• Coordinate with banks to secure project loans, credit facilities, guarantees, and other financing.• Manage loan disbursements, interest obligations, repayment schedules, and financing covenants.• Prepare financial documentation required by banks and financing institutions.Project Cost & Financial Management• Monitor construction, equipment, procurement, installation, and commissioning costs against approved budgets.• Review contractor payments, advances, retentions, variations, and major project expenditures.• Support financial management from project initiation through construction and commissioning.• Monitor capitalization and proper accounting of project-related expenditures.Reporting & Risk Management• Prepare project finance, cost, and cash-flow reports for management.• Monitor liquidity, foreign-currency exposure, financing risks, and potential funding gaps.• Ensure proper financial controls, documentation, and compliance.How to ApplySend your CV and application letter toinfo@ethiocv.comPlease use “Senior Project Finance Officer | Raval Steel” as the email subject.Application Deadline: August 3, 2026Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
