The role will cover the movement of imported raw materials from ports and dry ports to factories and warehouses, as well as the distribution of finished products to customers, while ensuring efficient transportation, timely delivery, proper documentation, and cost control.Key ResponsibilitiesTransport & Logistics Coordination• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities.• Oversee the movement of raw materials, finished goods, and other company materials.• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, warehouses, production, procurement, and customers to ensure smooth operations.• Monitor vehicle availability, loading, dispatch, transit, and delivery.Import & Inbound Logistics• Follow up on imported shipments from ports and dry ports through final delivery.• Coordinate with relevant parties regarding shipment status, transportation, documentation, and clearance-related matters.• Ensure timely movement of raw materials to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.Distribution & Delivery• Coordinate finished-goods transportation from factories and warehouses to customers.• Monitor delivery schedules, vehicle utilization, delivery performance, and operational challenges.• Resolve transportation and delivery issues promptly.Cost, Documentation & Reporting• Monitor transportation costs and support cost-effective vehicle and route planning.• Review transport documents and maintain accurate logistics records.• Prepare logistics performance reports and provide operational updates to management.How to ApplySend your CV and application letter to:info@ethiocv.comPlease use “Senior Logistics Officer | Raval Steel” as the email subject.Application Deadline: August 24, 2026Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
