1. High School Core Subject Departments

• High School English, Mathematics, Physics, History, & Economics Teachers: The institution is urgently seeking highly proficient and experienced educators to instruct our High School students in foundational academic disciplines. Candidates stepping into these critical roles will be responsible for designing engaging lesson plans, delivering complex curriculum concepts, and adequately preparing senior students for higher education. Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or a Bachelor of Education (BED) Degree. The specific academic qualification must be in English, Mathematics, Physics, History, Economics, or other directly related studies. All academic degrees must be obtained from a fully recognized educational institution. A very good command of the English language is an absolute mandatory requirement for these subject specialist positions.

2. High School Language & Applied Science Departments

• High School Afan Oromo, Amharic, Biology & Chemistry Teachers: To provide a well-rounded and culturally comprehensive education, our high school division is recruiting specialized educators for language and laboratory sciences. These faculty members will play a pivotal role in fostering strong linguistic proficiency, cultural appreciation, and advanced scientific literacy. Prospective candidates are strictly required to possess a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Education (BED) Degree. 3. Early Childhood & Foundational Education
