Role description

Position 1: Salesperson

Education: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy

Experience: 2 years and above direct experience (Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or promotion is preferred)

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Time management and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Pharmaceutical Store keeper

Education and Experience:

  • Pharmacy Degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
  • Skills to operate common office equipment.

Language:

  • Proficient in Amharic and English; additional languages are a plus.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Logistics & Administrative Officer

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or administrative support.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics management software and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles.

Languages:

Amharic & English – mandatory. Other languages is a plus.
