Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day regional network operations and field service activities. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for RAN, microwave, IP, DWDM, OSP/ISP fibre and network power systems. Monitor energy management, data centre operations, fuel management and site security services. Develop and implement Network Improvement Plans to improve network availability, quality and customer experience. Monitor Field Services and third-party providers against SLAs, WLAs and OLAs. Manage site acquisition, operational leases and related regional activities. Coordinate with network planning, project management, maintenance, installation, sales and distribution teams on network rollout and capacity expansion. Support network launch and re-launch activities by coordinating regional network readiness. Support regional IT requirements, including eKYC, SnD platforms and related systems. Monitor network quality through drive testing, RAN optimization and resolution of customer complaints. Maintain relationships with regional stakeholders, service providers and relevant authorities.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position . University degree; Telecommunications Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering is an advantage. Strong MS Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint . Experience in network operations, maintenance, planning, rollout and technical service management. Ability to coordinate field service providers, contractors and other stakeholders. Experience managing network quality, customer experience and operational performance is relevant to the role.
