Position 1: Architect – Fintech Solutions

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

  • Working knowledge of all technical domains in telecoms including VAS, Charging, CRM and Digital Financial Services
  • Proven track record for delivery of large scale, complex projects delivering IT/Telco customer solutions; demonstrable leadership skills and organizational experience.

Desired 

Certification in Solution Architecture and Certificate in Cloud expertise will be an added advantage

Position 2: Software Engineer- Fintech operations

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

  • Extensive knowledge of networking and system administration (Unix/Linux)
  • Software development skills in Java, python, Angular JS etc
  • Knowledge in ITIL Service Operations processes and Agile methodology. Certification in Scrum fundamentals is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in database management skills 

Desired 

  • Certification in cloud technologies like AWS & GCP
  • Certification in cloud native technologies such as Kubernetes

Position 3: Software Engineer – Fintech Digital Channels

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

  • Strong experience in Kotlin, and JavaScript with frameworks like Flutter.
  • Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java, Flutter is a plus
  • Work with MVVM/MVP architecture and Jetpack components.
    • Experience with Jetpack Compose, LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation and Room Database.
    • Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, etc.).
    • Experience working with APIs, Retrofit, and JSON parsing
    • Exposure to Kotlin Multiplatform (KMM)
    • Familiarity with dependency injection tools (e.g., Hilt, Dagger)
    • Working knowledge of unit testing frameworks (JUnit)
    • Understanding of web security principles (OAuth, JWT, encryption).
    • Knowledge of Google Play Console, app submission, and release process.
    • Prepare apps for the App Store submission process, including provisioning profiles and certificates.
    • Monitor and resolve app crashes, performance issues, and user feedback.
    • Optimize app performance and ensure smooth user experience.
    • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
    • Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
    • Experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps tools.

Position 4: Software Engineer – Fintech Integration

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent 
  •  At least 1 years’ experience in coding in a non-university setting. 
  •  Experience in Java, spring boot, spring, spring MVC, JEE, MAVEN, spring cloud. Should be conversant in Java. Other programming languages such as C#, Golang will be an added advantage. 
  • Proven experience with integration technologies such as APIs, web services, and message queues. 
  • Strong understanding of microservice architecture – Ability to design, develop and implement scalable, elastic microservice based platforms. This will include when and where to use a particular architecture and pattern. 
  • Working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL..). 
  •  Experience in analytical and problem-solving skills, developing solutions using agile, DevOps, testing and CI/CD automation tools such as Jenkins, JMeter, Git, Stash, SonarQube, GitOps etc will be an added advantage. 
  •  Build microservices leveraging on cloud Services, Serverless architecture, designing and implementing with full stack solutions leveraging Node or Spring stack. 
  • Be able to build cloud native and cloud ready solutions using java. 
  • Strong understanding of Docker-based containers, Kubernetes, or other container schedulers. 
  •  Understanding of both soap and rest apis and development on swagger UI 
  •  Strong understanding of cloud technologies – AWS, Azure, GCP 
  •  Experience with automated testing tools – SonarQube, JUnit

Position 5: Chief Customer Operations Officer (Chief COPs)

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Management engineering, technology, customer experience or a related discipline; a relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years’ progressive experience in customer operations, service delivery or a related field, including at least five years in a senior leadership role with substantial scale and complexity
  • Demonstrated leadership across multiple customer operations domains such as contact centers, retail service, digital care, back office, mobile financial services or enterprise service management.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation across people, process, technology, automation and outsourced partner ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications and mobile financial services; exposure to enterprise customer operations, regulated environments and consumer-protection requirements is highly desirable.
  • Track record of managing sizeable operating budgets, commercial contracts, vendors, workforce capacity and service-performance commitments.
  • Strong command of customer operations platforms and practices, including CRM, omnichannel service, workforce management, quality assurance, knowledge management, analytics and automation.
  • Executive-level communication, stakeholder influence, judgement and decision-making capability, with demonstrated success leading high-performing and diverse teams.

Position 6: Corporate Account Manager – Direct Sales

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years exposure in Service and/or Customer management for major corporate clients, commercially savvy with a detailed understanding of the technologies the company is selling and issues that typically arise
  • Industry certifications would be an added advantage (ITIL Foundation, MCP/MCSE, CCNA etc.)
  • Understanding of English and local language both written and spoken.
  • Literacy in basic computer applications such as MS word, excel, outlook, etc.
  • Ability to cope with pressure from customers while delivering quality service.
  • Ability to accurately perform cash transactions.
  • Knowledge of Telecommunication products and services.
  • Good listening and critical problem-solving skills.

Position 7: Developer – Oracle Cloud ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) – HCM

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Human Resources Information Systems or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in enterprise applications or HCM technology, including at least 4 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud delivery, integration or senior application ownership.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM certification in one or more relevant modules.
  • Oracle Integration Cloud or equivalent integration/API certification.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture and relevant modules, including Core HR and working knowledge of Talent, Payroll, Benefits and Workforce Management.
  • Advanced experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with role-based security, data roles, segregation of duties, audit controls and secure integration design.

Position 8, Program Manager: Network Deployment

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree: In Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or related fields.
  • Project/Program management 7+ years’ experience
  • PMP certification or similar is a Plus 
  • Experience in telecom rollout or related Technology infrastructure projects, Telecom network & Power Solutions 
  • In-depth understanding of telecom power & network components 
  • Knowledge of power & TI connection procedures, permits, and integration with telecom infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with electrical safety codes for telecom site deployments.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for reporting, data visualization, and performance analysis.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, vendors, and contractors.
