Rope Technology PLC invites fresh graduates for the following job positions.

Job Opportunity:  Afaan Oromoo and Tigrigna Speaking Outbound Call Agents – Remote Contract Position.

Our company is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Call Agents for a short-term project.

Position: Call Agents

Job Requirements:

• Must be a native Oromo (Afaan Oromoo) speaker and native Tigrigna speakers.
• Must be fluent in Amharic to communicate effectively with the team.
• Educational background: Grade 12 completion or a fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone calls to respondents.
• Collect information by completing questionnaires over the phone.
• Communicate professionally and accurately with respondents.

Employment Details

• Contract Duration: 1.5 months.
• Job Type: Contract-based.
• Work Arrangement: Remote.

Important Note

Although the job is remote, agents will be required to report to the office for initial training and whenever requested by their supervisor for meetings, communication, or other work-related purposes.

• A personal computer (PC or laptop).
• A working headset.
• A reliable internet/Wi-Fi connection.
