Position 1: Logistics And Supply Chain Officer
Key Responsibilities:
procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities, including coordinating the import process from bank documentation and permit processing through customs clearance and delivery to the warehouse ensuring timely deliveries, accurate records, and proper documentation. The position is suitable for a motivated fresh graduate willing to learn and grow
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Years of Experience: 0 year
Relevant Experience: Demonstrated experience in financial management, human resources administration, marketing, or general business management. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial organization is an advantage. Proven ability to supervise teams, coordinate multiple functional areas, and contribute to organizational performance.
Skills:
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and ESW.
Soft Skills:
- Good communication, organization, and recordkeeping skills.
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
knowledge:
Basic knowledge of procurement, inventory, warehousing, and transportation.
Education & Certifications
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field

Position 2: Civil Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the company’s financial management activities.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial performance reports.
- Coordinate financial planning, cost control, and measures to improve profitability.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management reports in collaboration with the Finance Department.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant financial institutions.
- Monitor compliance with applicable tax laws, financial regulations, and internal financial policies.

Years of Experience: Minimum of four years of relevant work experience in construction or project management.

Position 3: Deputy General Manager –Business Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the company’s financial management activities.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial performance reports.
- Coordinate financial planning, cost control, and measures to improve profitability.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management reports in collaboration with the Finance Department
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant financial institutions.
- Monitor compliance with applicable tax laws, financial regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
- Advise the General Manager and other managers on financial performance, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, placement, and retention of qualified employees.
- Coordinate manpower planning and ensure that staffing requirements are aligned with company objectives.
- Promote employee engagement, productivity, accountability, and a positive organizational culture.
- Ensure that HR records and personnel administration are properly maintained.
Collaboration & Reporting: Collaboration is key, and you will interact with General Manager
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 /3 years for BA /MA of relevant work experience in a managerial position.
Relevant Experience: Demonstrated experience in financial management, human resources administration, marketing, or general business management. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial organization is an advantage. Proven ability to supervise teams, coordinate multiple functional areas, and contribute to organizational performance.
Skills:
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
