Language Requirements:
Must be a native Afaan Oromoo speaker. Must be fluent in Amharic for effective communication with the team.
Education:
Grade 12 completion; or Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree.
2. Tigrigna-Speaking Call Agents
10 Vacancies
Language Requirements:
Must be a native Tigrigna speaker. Must be fluent in Amharic for effective communication with the team.
Education:
Grade 12 completion; or Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree.
General Requirements (Both Positions)
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and professional communication with respondents.
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
Conducting outbound telephone calls to respondents. Collecting information by completing questionnaires over the phone. Communicating professionally and accurately with respondents.
Employment Details and Working Conditions
Work Arrangement: Remote. Contract Duration: 1.5 months. Employment Type: Contract-based.
Important Notice: Although the positions are remote, selected agents must report to the office for initial training and whenever requested by their supervisor for meetings, communication, or other work-related purposes.
