Position: Junior Operation Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Flight Dispatch, Aviation Management, or Ground Services Training.
• Understanding of flight support, ground handling, and airport operations.
• Experience in coordinating and executing flight operations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Junior leave 1-3 year work experience
• Fresh graduates with zero years of experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• Flexibility to work in shifts is required due to the nature of aviation operations.
