1. Customer Care & Direct Sales Roles

• CRM & Customer Care Officer
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Work Experience: 5-7 years of highly relevant experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or CRM Administration. Specific B2B (Business-to-Business) experience is strongly preferred. Must be proficient in utilizing Odoo ERP.
- Role Overview: Acting as the primary custodian of client relationships, this officer will manage the full customer lifecycle. Duties include registering clients in the CRM system, executing data cleansing audits, tracking complaint resolution times, preparing quarterly satisfaction KPIs, and coordinating cross-departmentally to resolve technical issues swiftly.
• Sales Representative
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Work Experience: 2-3 years of proven sales experience. It is highly preferable if this experience was gained within B2B, technical, engineering, or construction-related industries.
- Role Overview: This is a fully customer-facing, revenue-generating role. The representative will conduct intensive market prospecting, cold calling, and site inspections. They will be responsible for preparing technical quotations, negotiating commercial pricing, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and seamlessly handing over confirmed projects to the engineering team.
2. Strategic Business Development & Market Intelligence Roles

- Role Overview: This executive will lead all market expansion initiatives.
