The company is expanding its operations and is seeking capable professionals to strengthen its human resources function and support the recruitment of qualified talent.Position Details• Position: Recruitment Officer• Location: Addis Ababa Head Office• Employment Type: Full-time• Salary: Attractive and negotiable based on experience and qualifications• Application Deadline: August 24, 2026Job SummaryThe Recruitment Officer will manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates through interview coordination, selection, reference checking, offer preparation, and onboarding support.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & Recruitment• Prepare job descriptions and vacancy announcements in coordination with hiring managers.• Source candidates through recruitment platforms, professional networks, databases, and direct headhunting.• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments and telephone interviews.Interview & Selection• Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.• Conduct competency-based and structured interviews where required.• Support candidate selection, reference checks, and verification of academic and professional credentials.• Assist with salary discussions and offer preparation.Onboarding & HR Support• Prepare employment contracts and required recruitment documentation.• Coordinate with HR and department heads to ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.• Maintain an updated database of potential candidates for current and future vacancies.Reporting & Recruitment Metrics• Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare recruitment reports.• Track recruitment indicators such as time-to-fill, applicant conversion, and offer acceptance rates.How to ApplyInterested candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to submit their CV and application letter, quoting:Recruitment Officer | Raval Steel Manufacturing PLCinfo@ethiocv.comApplication Deadline: August 24, 2026Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
