Rammis Bank S.C. is currently searching for qualified individuals to fill different job positions.
Rammis Bank functions as an interest-free bank, also known as Islamic banking, following the principles of Sharia law, which prohibits the payment or receiving of interest. The bank provides a range of products and services that comply with Islamic financial principles.

Position 1: Management Trainee  

Qualification: A bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in sales, customer relations, marketing, team management, corporate business, finance, or other related areas.

Position 2: File Clerk  

Qualification: A bachelor's degree in arts or a diploma from an official institution, TVET level IV in office management, records management, secretarial science, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in filing, records management, office administration, document control, or clerical support roles.

Position 3: Financing Appraisal Officer III  

Qualification: A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, financing appraisal, or related roles.

Duty Stations: Head Office  

Position 4: Financing Follow-up & Portfolio Management Officer III  

Qualification: A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, financing appraisal, follow-up, portfolio management, or related roles.

Duty Stations: Head Office  

Position 5: Branch Manager I  

Qualification: A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience, of which 3 years should be in roles such as Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager, Branch Business Manager, Branch Operations Manager, or equivalent positions.

Duty Stations:  
Addis Ababa, Boke Tiko, Miesso, Mechara, Chiro, Beroda, Deder, Obora, Jijiga, Babile, Harar Abadir, Adama area, and Halaba.
