Job Summary
Rammis Bank is seeking qualified and motivated fresh graduates to join its team as Graduate Trainees (External). The successful candidates will support branch banking operations, handle customer transactions, assist with account services, and contribute to the delivery of efficient banking services.
Key Responsibilities
Process cash payments for different types of transactions within authorized limits. Attend to customers at the counter professionally and respectfully. Process customer account openings and promote the bank's products and services through cross-selling activities. Scan and maintain customers' and authorized staff members' signatures and photographs. Receive cash from various transactions conducted at the branch. Record and post different types of banking transactions. Prepare cash and non-cash tickets and instruments. Process the clearing of negotiable instruments. Collect and deliver cash to and from the Till Administrator. Receive and pay cash after proper customer identification, verification, and transaction posting. Process account opening and closing, standing orders, amendments, refunds, and revocations.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree (BA) in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Finance and Accounting Management, Business, or a closely related field relevant to the position from a recognized higher learning institution.
Experience:
Fresh graduates are eligible to apply. Applicants must have graduated between 2024 and 2026.
Additional Requirements:
Valid exit examination result is mandatory. Maximum age: 26 years. Minimum CGPA requirements: Male applicants: 3.00 Female applicants: 2.75
