Rammis Bank S.C Vacancy invites qualified applicants for the following job positions. Rammis Bank is an Interest-free bank, also known as Islamic banking that operates on the principles of Sharia law, which prohibits the payment, or receipt of interest and provides a range of products and services that comply with Islamic finance principles.

Rammis Bank is undergoing a strategic transformation to enhance organizational efficiency and talent development that aims to use the enabling conditions to provide an excellent service that appeals to the ever-diversifying and growing needs of customers.

Position 1: Management Trainee

Qualification: BA or MA Degree in Business or other related fields of study.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience with two years supervisory position in sales, customer relation, marketing, team supervision at corporate business, finance or other related sectors.

*Applicants’ age shall not exceed 35 years.

Duty Stations: At Various Branch Locations in Addis Ababa.

Position 2: File Clerk

Qualification: Bachelors of Art and/or Diploma from recognized institution, TVET level IV in Office management, records management, secretarial science, or other related field.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in filing, records management, office administration, document control or clerical support roles.

Duty Stations: Head Office

Position 3: Financing Appraisal Officer III

Qualification: Bachelors of Art in Business or other related fields of study.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, financing appraisal, or other related roles.

Duty Stations: Head Office

Position 4: Financing Follow up & Portfolio Management Officer III

Qualification: Bachelors of Art in Business or other related fields of study.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, financing appraisal or follow-up and portfolio management and other related roles.

Duty Stations: Head Office

Position 5: Branch Manager I

Qualification: Bachelors of Art in Business or other related fields of study.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience out of which 3 years as: Assistance Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager, Branch Business Manager, Branch operation Manager or other equivalent positions.

Duty Stations:

Addis Ababa, Boke Tiko, Miesso, Mechara, Chiro, Beroda, Deder, Obora, Jijiga, Babile, Harar Abadir, Adama area, Halaba.
