Position 1: Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash

Educational Qualification

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of banking experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash, Customer Service Officer, Associate Customer Service Officer, or an equivalent position.

Department: Banking Operation Officer.

Duty Station: Agaro, Bedele, Gesha, Mizan, Chewaka, Darimu, Chora, Asendabo.

Position 2: Branch Operation Supervisor

Educational Qualification

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of banking experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Branch Accountant, Customer Service Officer, Associate Customer Service Officer, or an equivalent position.

Department: Banking Operation Officer.

Duty Station: Welkite, Yebu, Dedo, Gesha, Shebe, Mettu, Darimu, Yayo.

Position 3: Grade I Branch Manager

Educational Qualification

  • BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager, Branch Business Manager, Branch Operation Manager, or an equivalent position.

Department: Banking Operation Officer.

Duty Station: Gechi (Buno Bedele Zone).
