Position 1: Cashier
Education: BA/College Diploma Level IV in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields.
Experience: ½ years’ experience as Junior CSO.
Salary: Competitive salary based on the scale of the institution.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer II
Education: BA/College Diploma Level IV in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields.
Experience: 3/5 years’ experience as Branch CSO I.
Required Number: 2

Position 3: Legal Officer
Education: LLM/LLB.
Experience: 2/4/6 years’ experience.
Relevant Experience: 1/2 years in a Junior Legal Officer position.

Position 4: CEO
Education: As per the requirements of the NBE.
Experience: As per the requirements of NBE; 8/10 years’ experience.
Relevant Experience: 6 years in a leadership position in Microfinance/Banking operations.
