We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and support the organization’s financial integrity and decision-making processes. Job Summary We are looking to hire a skilled Product or Merchandising Manager to oversee product availability, merchandising activities, store performance and sales support activities. Direct product assortment planning and inventory control over Multiple products spanning electronics, beauty, plush, household goods, and accessories. This role is responsible for ensuring the right products are in the right place, at the right time, to support sales growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage store product assortment and merchandising strategy. Direct assortment planning and inventory control across diverse product lines, including beauty, electronics, plush, and household goods. Ensure proper stock availability (best sellers, slow movers, and out-of-stock prevention). Coordinate product layout, shelf organization, and promotion displays. Monitor sales performance and analyze product movement (weekly/monthly). Work with purchasing/suppliers to follow delivery schedules and improve product quality. Support pricing and promotional activities (discounts, bundles, special offers). Maintain accurate reporting on inventory, sales, and merchandising results. Ensure compliance with supermarket standards and cleanliness/display guidelines. About You Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field . Minimum of 3 years and above of experience in Product or Merchandising Manager. Experience working in a supermarket or retail merchandising (preferred). Strong understanding of product assortment, stock control, and in-store merchandising. Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong ability to analyze sales/inventory information. Proficiency in computer tools (Excel/Word) is an advantage. Ability to work under targets and fast-paced conditions.
