Position 1: Business Development Officer
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Research, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, corporate relations, or investment banking.
- Proven experience in proposal writing and pitch deck creation.
- Experience in tender/bid preparation.
- Excellent presentation skills.
The BD Officer is responsible for the full business development cycle: prospecting, proposal writing, pitch deck creation, client meetings, negotiation, and mandate closing.

Position 2: MARKETING OFFICER
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and event planning.
- Strong market research & analysis capability
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Presentation skills.
The Marketing Officer will lead the Marketing Division, developing and executing strategies to build brand equity, drive client acquisition, and support both the CFA and Trading & Brokerage divisions.

Position 3: Business Development Manager
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Research, Economics or related field with 8 years of experience in business development.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Research, Economics or related field with 6 years of experience in business development.
- Proven track record of securing mandates or closing deals.
- Strong understanding of Ethiopian capital markets and regulations.
- Experience in proposal writing, pitch preparation, and client relationship management.
- Excellent presentation skills.
The BD Manager will lead the Business Development Division, driving client acquisition, proposal development, and relationship management across all customer segments. This role is critical to achieving the firm’s revenue targets.
