Position: Junior Finance Officer
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance 1–3 years of relevant finance experience Basic understanding of accounting principles and Ethiopian tax regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with data entry and account reconciliation Support accounts payable and receivable processes Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures Maintain accurate financial records and databases Prepare cheques, process receipts, invoices, and payments Assist with monthly tax and pension settlements Prepare procurement reports for tax authority compliance Scan, archive, and manage financial documents (digital & hard copy) Issue withholding tax receipts
