Position: Call Center Sales Agent (Outbound Sales)
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English communication skills
- Strong sales and persuasion skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Previous experience in sales or call center is an advantage
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Promote and explain the company’s services professionally.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Guide clients through the registration and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Accurately update customer information in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining company standards.
