Position 1: Quality Control Assistant

Educational Qualification: Completed Grade 12 or have a relevant certificate in Food Processing, Food Technology, Laboratory, Quality Control, or a related field.

Experience: Previous experience in quality control in a food factory is highly preferred. Candidates with practical experience in a food factory, particularly in quality inspection and food safety, will be given priority.

Required Skills: Knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and basic quality control procedures; good attention to detail and ability to identify quality problems; responsible, honest, and able to work with a team; quality assurance and compliance focus.

Position 2: Sales Representative

Educational Qualification: Completed Grade 12, relevant certificate, or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Practical work experience in FMCG sales is required. Experience selling food products or other fast-moving consumer goods is highly preferred. Candidates with strong knowledge of the local market and established customer relationships will have an advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Patchee Foods Factory products.
• Visit retailers, wholesalers, shops, and supermarkets.
• Develop new customers and maintain existing relationships.
• Take orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market prices, competitors, and customer feedback.
• Ensure product availability and proper display.
• Prepare basic sales reports.

Position 3: Junior Marketing Officer

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 2–3 years of relevant work experience in marketing, marketing coordination, FMCG, food manufacturing, or a related industry.

Required Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills; good understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution; ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under deadlines; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; strong attention to detail and documentation skills; creative, proactive, organized, and results-oriented; ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team. Experience in events, activations, branding, social media, or promotional activities is an advantage.

Position 4: Key Account Officer

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Management, or a related field.

Experience: 3–5 years of work experience. Relevant experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management is preferred. Experience in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Position 5: Sales Manager

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Management, or a related field.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within FMCG, food manufacturing, or a related industry. Previous experience managing and developing a sales team is required.

Required Skills: Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets; strong knowledge of sales strategies, distribution channels, and market development; experience in customer relationship and key account management is an advantage.

Position 6: Senior Accountant

Educational Qualification: Knowledge of cost management, accounting principles (GAAP), IFRS, and ERP systems.

Experience: 5–8 years of work experience.

Required Skills: Proven experience using accounting software such as Peachtree, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems; ability to prepare accurate financial records, balance sheets, income statements, and financial forecasts; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; financial analysis and reporting; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Desired Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Amharic; additional languages are a plus; teamwork and interpersonal skills.
