Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from recognized higher learning institution in Banking & Finance/Accounting & Finance/Management/ Economics/Business Administration/Business Management and other business & economics related fields of study with 8/7 years relevant banking experience out of which 2 years’ experience is in CRM roles.
Competency Requirements; Management Competencies [Building team, Decision quality, Drive for result, Planning, and Priority setting], Core Competencies [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus] and Functional Competencies [Customer Relationship Management skill, knowledge of CRM related Software].

Education: Bachelor’s degree Banking & Finance/Accounting & Finance/Management/Economics/Business Administration/Business Management and related fields of study with 6 years relevant banking experience out of which 2 years’ experience is in managerial roles.
