Administrative Assistant Qualification: Diploma/Level IV in Secretarial Science and Office Management or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. Place of Work: Head Office. Human Capital Clerk Qualification: Level IV/10+3/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in human capital/human resource management. Place of Work: Head Office (Human Capital Operations Department). Manager, Branch Sales and Customer Service Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant banking experience. Languages: Proficiency in Af‑Somali and Amharic preferred. Place of Work: Branches under Dire Dawa District. Branch Manager I Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields.
