We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Office Secretary to support daily office operations and contribute to the success of our growing team. Mandatory Languages Arabic English Amharic Position Summary The Office Secretary will be responsible for managing office administration, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, maintaining records, supporting management and sales teams, and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations. Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience as an Office Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic, English, and Amharic. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and telephone communications. Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare, organize, and maintain office files and records. Draft letters, reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents. Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally. Support management and sales teams with administrative tasks. Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement as required. Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
