Work Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hardware maintenance and network administration.
Professional Certifications (Advantageous)

Key Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, printers, and other IT equipment. Installing, configuring, and maintaining LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity. Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. Monitoring network performance and ensuring system availability. Performing preventive maintenance on computers and network devices. Installing and updating operating systems, antivirus software, and application programs. Managing user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions. Configuring and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices. Maintaining backup systems and supporting disaster recovery procedures. Keeping accurate records of IT assets, maintenance activities, and network documentation. Providing technical support and user training. Performing other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Required Skills
Applicants should demonstrate:
Strong knowledge of computer hardware installation and troubleshooting. Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, wireless networking, and network security. Experience working with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
